The Brethren, their wives, guests and friends gathered in Chantler Hall on Tuesday, May 08, 2007 to help our Mexican Brethren celebrate an important holiday, the victory over  the French at Pueblo.  The meal was expertly prepared by Chef Sergio Meza, and consisted of Chicken Enchilada's, rice beans, pulled pork tacos and a Mexican Cake for desert.  The girls, together with their adult advisors, of Rainbow Assembly #16 helped serve and clean up.  The beautiful decorations, done by Louise Fischer, consisted of Sombreros, Mexican flags and other decorations using the colors of the Mexican  flag – Red, White and Green.  All who attended seemed to enjoy this special occasion.
