 Peninsula Lodge #168 presented the 2007 Hiram Award to Brother Vernon Barr at its Thanksgiving Family Dinner.  The award was presented by Worshipful Master James Camper,  P.M. with the assistance of Master of Ceremonies Tom Taggart, P.M.. The lapel pin was pinned by Vern's wife Beverly.  Several of Verns family members were present to help celebrate this auspicious occasion.  A biography of Brother Barr's accomplishments was read by the Wor. Taggart and several of the brethren talked about Vern and what he has done for Masonry.
